The standard connection set from the KINETIK MSystem range is an inexpensive profile connector for securely connecting aluminum profiles at a 90 degree angle. In order to create a powerful profile connection, both aluminum profiles must be processed.

Assembly Instructions:
To do this, a thread must be cut in the center hole of one aluminum profile (recommendation: prepare the center hole with a countersink).
In the opposite profile, a through hole is drilled vertically through the profile groove with a metal drill and cutting oil (recommendation KINETIK MSystem drilling jig + drill press)

Center hole: D. 4.3 mm
Thread: M5
Through Hole: 4mm
Tightening torque: 4.5 Nm

Standard connection set slot 6
Center hole: D. 5.0 mm
Thread: M6
Through Hole: 5mm
Tightening torque: 10 Nm

Standard connection set slot 8
Center hole: D. 6.8 mm
Thread: M8
Through Hole: 7mm
Tightening torque: 25 Nm
